Crown Lands' Office,
New Plymouth, 7th December, 1858.

THE following deeds of Grant having been duly executed and registered are now
ready for delivery at this Office on payment of the fees of twenty shillings and
seven shillings and sixpence on each Grant.

In cases where the party entitled to receive the Grant cannot attend in person to do
so, it will be delivered to the bearer of an authority according to the subjoined Form
certified by a Magistrate or by a Solicitor of the Supreme Court.
