HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased, on the recommendation of his Honor the Superintendent of New Plymouth, to appoint
WILLIAM HALSE,
to conduct the sale of Waste Lands of the Crown within that Province, under the New Plymouth Land Regulations, and to receive the moneys arising from the sale, letting, and occupation of such lands, vice Richard Chilman, resigned.
