RURAL LAND SALE.

Superintendent's Office,
New Plymouth, Feb. 3, 1857.

I, GEORGE CUTFIELD, Superintendent of the Province of New Plymouth do hereby in pursuance of the Land Regulations of the said Province notify that the Rural Lands, surveyed and open for purchase in the Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred, will be put up for sale by Public Auction at the Crown Lands Office in the Town of New Plymouth on Wednesday the first day of April next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon.

IT is requested that all claims against the Provincial Government may be forwarded to this office. Payment of the same will be made at the office of the Provincial Treasurer on the Saturday of the week following the date of the receipt of such claims.

to be Clerk of the Provincial Council. The appointment to date from the 28th ultimo.
