PROCLAMATION.

IN exercise of the power in this behalf in me vested I, the Superintendent of the Province of New Plymouth, do hereby proclaim and appoint that the Fifth Session of the Provincial Council of the said Province shall be holden at the Council Chamber, in the Town of New Plymouth, in the said Province, and shall commence on Wednesday the twenty-eighth day of January instant at eleven o'clock in the forenoon.

Given under my hand at New Plymouth in the Province of New Plymouth, this twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand, eight hundred and fifty seven.
