SECOND DISTRICT. THIRD DISTRICT.
NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS. NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS.
IN exercise of the power in me vested for this purpose by the Ordinance of the Province, Session 2, No. 9, intituled "An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance of Public Works within the Province of New Plymouth"β€”I hereby appoint that a third instalment of one-fourth of the amount of the Rate of One Shilling and sixpence per acre imposed under the authority of the said Ordinance on all lands within the Second District by the General Meeting for the said District convened and held for the purposes of the said Ordinance on the 24th day of February last shall be due and payable to the Provincial Treasurer at his office in the Town of New Plymouth on Monday the 2nd day of July next. And a fourth instalment of one-fourth of the said Rate shall be due and payable to the said Treasurer at his said Office on Monday the 6th day of August next.
