AN ORDINANCE
TO APPROPRIATE MONEY TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE FOR THE
PROVINCE OF NEW PLYMOUTH.

  1. Certain sums to be applied to the service of the Province for the Quarter commencing 1st October 1853.
  2. Treasurer to pay monies on warrants of Superintendent.

AN ORDINANCE to appropriate Money to the Public Service for the Province of New Plymouth.

Whereas it is expedient to make provision for defraying the charge of the Provincial Government of the Province of New Plymouth for the period of three calendar months commencing on the first day of October One thousand eight hundred and fifty-three: And whereas the Superintendent of the said Province has recommended to the Provincial Council thereof to make provision for the specific services to which money is hereinafter appropriated.

Be it therefore enacted by the Superintendent of the Province of New Plymouth, with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof:β€”

  1. That for defraying the charge of the Provincial Government of the said Province
