IT is hereby notified that I have granted exemption from the half-yearly rate of sixpence per ton at the Port of Invercargill to the cutter "Fanny," so long as the said vessel continues under the command of Capt. Lewis Ackers.

NOTICE.
THE following occupiers of land in the Forest Hill Hundred have been licensed to depasture cattle within the said Hundred for the current year:-

Owner of Section 33 and 34, Block II., Mabel District.
TAKE NOTICE that the New Zealand and Australian Land Company (Limited) desire that the boundary or separating fence between your sections 33 and 34, Block II., Mabel District, in the Province of Southland, and section 61 of the two-thousand-acre block in the said province, of which the said Company are the owners, be made immediately, and that such fence shall be a sod wall, five feet high by five feet wide at base, with double ditch, two feet six inches deep, by two feet six inches wide.
Dated this twenty-ninth day of April, 1870.
