NOTICE.
Superintendent’s Office,
Southland, 16th March, 1870.
IT is hereby notified that I have temporarily reserved under clause XVI, of the “Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865,” the land specified in the Schedule below for a School Reserve.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land situated in the Winton Township, containing by admeasurement about 2a. 2r. 33p., bounded towards the N.E. by the North Road, towards the S.E. by Carron-street, towards the S.W. by Dennimore-street, towards the N.W. by Eglington-street, and towards the N. by a line at right angles to the North Road, about 7 chains south of the south-east corner of Section 8, block II, of the said Township.

A MEETING will be held at the Land Office, Invercargill, at 12 o’clock on SATURDAY, the 19th day of March, for the Election of Wardens for Jacob’s River Hundred for the current year.
