PROCLAMATION.

By WILLIAM WOOD, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Southland.

WHEREAS it is expedient to prorogue the Provincial Council of Southland: Now therefore I WILLIAM WOOD, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Southland, in pursuance of the powers in me vested, in that behalf, do hereby prorogue the said Council.

Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Southland, this third day of December, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.
