PROCLAMATION
By the Honorable John PARK TAYLOR, Superintendent of the Province of Southland.
In pursuance of the powers in me vested in that behalf, I hereby proclaim and declare the following additional Rules and Regulations for the Southland Goldfields, that is to say:—
Additional Regulations.
I.
These Regulations shall come into force on the 4th day of November, 1869.
II.
The 5th paragraph of sub-section 2 of section II., and the 4th, 5th, and 7th sub-sections of section II., and the whole of section III. of the Regulations of the 12th October, 1866, are hereby revoked.
