PROCLAMATION
By the Honorable JOHN PARKIN TAYLOR, Superintendent of the Province of Southland.
IN pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf I do hereby fix and proclaim that the seventh session of the third Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Provincial Council Chamber, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Tuesday, the 3rd day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine, at twelve o’clock noon: And the Members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.
Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Southland, this seventeenth day of July, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.
