claim new districts, and from time to time
subdivide or alter the boundaries of
Educational Districts.

And, whereas the Education Board has
recommended me to proclaim the
districts hereinafter described; now
therefore, I, the said Superintendent,
in pursuance of the power in me vested
in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the districts named in the
Schedule hereunder written, and whose
boundaries are therein set forth shall be
Educational Districts under the said
part recited Ordinance; and I do hereby
further declare that the provisions of the
said Ordinance shall come into operation
in the said districts from and after the
third day of March, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-eight.

MONA SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the N. by the road
forming the south boundary of block XI.,
of the Invercargill Hundred, then on the
S.W. by part of road forming the north
western boundary of the Invercargill
Hundred, then on the N. by the northern
boundary of block LXI., of the Mabel
Hundred, on the E. by the road forming
the eastern boundary of blocks LXI. and
LXII., and again on the N. by the road
forming the south boundary of block
XLI., of the Mabel Hundred, again on
the E. by the eastern boundary of sections
No. 60 and 15 of block VI.,
Oteramika Hundred, then on the S.E.
by the north-west boundary of sections
No. 23 to 80 of said block VI., and again
on the E. by a public road to the south-
east corner of section No. 89, block
VIII., Invercargill Hundred, then on the
S. by the south boundary of sections 39
to 33, and 58 of said block, on the W. by
the road forming the eastern boundary

trict.

WAIKIWI SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Bounded on the N. by part of the north-
ern boundary of block IX., and XIV.,
of the Invercargill Hundred, on the E. by
the western boundary of the Roslin
School District, on the S. by the
Waihopai river estuary, and on the W.
by a line starting at the north-west corner
of section No. 17, of block XIV., afore-
said, and running due south to section
No. 16, block XV., of said hundred, and
by the west boundary of section No. 16
to the Waihopai estuary.

ONE TREE POINT SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Bounded on the N. by the eastern part
of the southern boundary of the Moana
School District, then on the E. by part of
the west boundary of section No. 14, and
section No. 30 of block VI., Oteramika
Hundred, again on the N. by the south
boundary of said section No. 31, again
towards the E. by a public road to the
south-west corner of section No. 58, and
again on the N. by part of the south
boundary of said section No. 58, again on
the E. by part of the western boundary
of sections Nos. 28, 29, 30, and part of
31, block I., Oteramika Hundred, then
towards the S.E. by the north-western
boundary of section No. 27 and 26,
again towards the E. by a public road,
then on the S. by the public road forming
the south boundary of sections 20 and 23
of said block I., then on the W. by part
of the eastern boundary of the Invercar-
gill Hundred, and again on the S. by a
line in continuation of the south boun-
dary of the Otarewa School District, and
again on the W. by the road and continua-
tion thereof forming the eastern boun-
dary of block VII., Invercargill Hun-
dred.
