PROCLAMATION

By the Honorable John Parkin Taylor, Superintendent of the Province of Southland.

In pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the fifth Session of the Third Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Provincial Council Chamber, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Monday, the 30th day of November, 1868, at twelve o’clock Noon: And the members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the same time and place accordingly.

Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the said Province of Southland, this 16th day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
