NOTICE.
FOOTPATHS, TOWN OF INVERCARGILL.

In pursuance of the powers in me vested, I hereby give notice that from and after the date of the publication hereof, the footpaths hereinafter described, shall be and be deemed and taken to be public footpaths within the meaning of the “Footpaths Ordinance,” No. 12, Section 8, of the Legislative Council of New Zealand.

A footpath ten feet wide, on that portion of Spey-street, on the south side, from Dee-street to Leven-street.

A footpath ten feet wide, on that portion of Don-street on the north side, from Dee-street to Kelvin-street.

A footpath ten feet wide, on that portion of Deveron-street, on the west side, from Tay-street to Esk-street.

And which footpaths have been well and sufficiently made and completed for the use and accommodation of foot passengers.

Given under my hand this ninth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
