PROCLAMATION.

By the Honorable John Parkin Taylor, Superintendent of the Province of Southland.

In pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the fourth Session of the Third Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Provincial Council Chamber, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Monday, the 28th day of September, 1868, at twelve o'clock Noon: And the members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.

Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Southland, this 16th day of September, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
