to be Provincial Secretary for the Province of Southland. This appointment to date from the 24th September, 1867.

It is hereby notified that sections 32 and 83, block 4, Invercargill Hundred, will be again open for application under the “Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865,” on the 11th day of November, 1867.
