In the matter of the petition of William Livesey, of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, Hotel-keeper, a Debtor, and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors’ Act, 1862,” and the “Debtors and Creditors’ Act, Amendment Act, 1865,” &c., &c.
NOTICE is hereby given, that His Honor Mr. Justice Richmond appointed Monday, the 15th day of July next, for the first hearing of the said petition, at Invercargill.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business of the Supreme Court will be holden within the Court House, (Council Hall) Kelvin-street, Invercargill, on Monday, the 15th day of July next, at 10 o’clock forenoon, at which time and place all persons under a recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
