An Ordinance to amend the “Licensing Ordinance 1865.”
Title.
WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the 7th and 38th sections of the Licensing Ordinance 1865, and to make other provision in lieu thereof.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Superintendent of the Province of Southland with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof as follows:—

The short title of this Ordinance shall be the Licensing Ordinance 1865 Amendment Ordinance 1867.

The seventh and thirty-eighth sections of the said “Licensing Ordinance 1865,” are hereby repealed.
