PROCLAMATION
By the Honorable John Parkin Taylor, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Southland.
In pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Fifth Session of the Second Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Masonic Hall, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Tuesday, the sixth day of March next, at 12 o’clock Noon: And the Members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.
Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Southland, this tenth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
