Native Reserves
Native reserve at Wakapatu Bay,
bounded on the north east by a line (starting from a marked peg on the Beach) bearing 279.30 on the magnetic meridian a distance of about 76 chains, on the north west by a line bearing 210. on the magnetic meridian to the ocean, and on the south west and south east by the high water mark of the ocean in Foveaux Straits.
Native reserve at Pahia point,
bounded on the north east by a line starting from a pole on the Beach on the north east Bay bearing 125. on the magnetic meridian to the high water mark in Otui Bay and on the north west and south west by the high water mark of the ocean in Foveaux Straits.
Run No. 393. Bounded on the north, east and south by the edge of the Longwood bush, on the north west by the Waiau river, and on the south west and south by the high water mark of the ocean in Foveaux Straits.
Run No. 395. Bounded on the north east and south by the edge of the Longwood bush, and on the west by the high water mark of the ocean in Foveaux Straits and the native reserve on Pahia point;
And I declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation and take effect on the date hereof.

POSTPONEMENT OF SITTING.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Criminal and Civil Sittings of the Supreme Court, have been POSTPONED until THURSDAY, the 15th of NOVEMBER NEXT, at 10 o’clock, forenoon, on which day, and at the hour above mentioned, all persons under Recognizance to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance at the Court House, Invercargill.
