FERRY RESERVE.

On Run 166a—100 acres in the fork of the Waiau and Wairaki Rivers, and the Grassy Creek.

It is hereby notified that the portions of ground, as specified below, have been temporarily reserved, under Clause XVI of the Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865.

COAL RESERVE.

On Run No. 143a—380 acres, bounded on the north by the southern boundary of pre-emptive right, and a line in continuation thereof to the Morley Creek, on the west by a meridian line through Trig Station U, and on the south and west by the Morley Creek.

It is hereby notified that the portions of ground as specified below have been temporarily reserved, under Clause XVI of the Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865.
