SHEEP AND QUARRY RESERVES.

Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, Block IV. Aparima Hundred, containing 400 acres 3 roods and 27 poles.

SHEEP RESERVES.

ON RUN 214.—350 acres between the Athol Township, the Mataura River, and the Eyre Creek.

ON RUN 214.—750 acres between the Mataura River, and the Main Road to the Waikaka Lake at the Northern end of said run.

ON RUN 208.—500 acres in the fork between the Etal Creek and the Aparima River.

ON RUN 158.—500 acres between the Waicola Creek, the track to the Wairaki, and the road to Wray’s Bush.

BLUFF HARBOR.

NOTICE is hereby given that on or about 14th August next, the Old Cask Buoy (red) on the east end of the Sand Spit in the Eastern Bay will be taken away, and a large Cone Buoy (red) surmounted by a Staff and Ball placed there in its stead.

This Buoy, and a remarkable Sand Patch on the High Land at the head of the Bay, kept in a line bearing N.W. by W. ¼ W., will lead through the entrance.

IN pursuance of the provisions of the "Provincial Reserved Bills Act, 1858," Section 2, I hereby notify that the following Ordinance passed by the Provincial Legislature of the Province of Southland, viz.:

The "Appropriation Ordinance, No. 2, 1866," has been laid before His Excellency the Governor, and that His Excellency has assented to the same.
