The Permanent Way and Rolling
Stock, &c., has all been received as per
accounts of Mr Horner, the landing agent,
employed by the Government. Some of
this is held by the shipping agents, in
security for freight, &c.
The particulars of the arrangements
to this effect will be recorded in your
Honor’s office.
