has been appointed to be an Assistant Surveyor, in the Province of Southland, the appointment to date from the 1st February, 1865.

NOTICE
THE undermentioned owners of land in the Oteramika Hundred, having fulfilled the conditions imposed by the 57th and 59th Clauses of the Land Regulations, are entitled to depasture Cattle on the Waste Lands of the Crown, in the said Hundred during the current year.
