by the Keeper of the Public Pound, Invercargill,
under the "Impounding Ordinance, 1847."

For each ox, cow, steer,

For each ram above the

For each ewe, wether,
or lamb, for the first

The above Fees to be paid for each
day or part of a day during which
the Animal is kept in Pound.

Charges for Food.

For every horse, mare,
gelding, mule, ass,
colt, filly, or foal | 5 | 0 |
For every bull, cow, ox,
steer, or heifer | 5 | 0 |
For every sheep | 2 | 0 |
For every goat | 2 | 0 |
For every boar, sow, or
other pig | 2 | 0 |

The above charges to be paid for
each day or part of a day during
which the Animal is supplied
with food and water by the
Poundkeeper; but the owner may
supply food and water, in which
case these charges are not to be
made.

Half these rates to be charged for
Animals under the age of six
months.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Otago and Southland District.

In the matter of the Petition of
Robert MurdoCH, of Invercargill, in the Province of
Southland, Saw Miller, a
Debtor, and in the matter of
the "Debtors' and Creditors'
Act, 1862.

NOTICE is hereby given, that His
Honor, Mr. Justice Chapman has
appointed Monday, the 13th day of
February, 1865, at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon, at the Supreme Court House,
Dunedin, for hearing the above Petition.

Dated at Dunedin this 10th day of
January, 1865.

late of Invercargill, in the Province of
Southland, Tobacconist, a Debtor,

the partners of the firm of
Messieurs. Calder, Blacklock and Company, of Invercargill,
aforesaid merchants, and William Geissow, of Invercargill,
aforesaid merchant, being respectively Creditors of the said
Eucher Lechner, to the
extent of not less than Fifty
Pounds, in the whole, and
in the matter of the
"Debtors' and Creditors' Act,
1862."

NOTICE is hereby given, that His
Honor, Mr. Justice Richmond has
appointed Monday, the 13th day of
February next, at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon, at the Supreme Court House,
Dunedin, for hearing the above Petition.
