PROCLAMATION.
By W. Hugh Nurse, Esquire,
Deputy Superintendent of the
Province of Southland.
In pursuance of the provisions of the
"Provincial Reserved Bills Act, 1858," Section 2, I hereby notify that the following Ordinances passed by the Provincial Legislature of the Province of Southland, namely:
"The Provincial Auditor and Deputy Auditors’ Salaries Ordinance, 1865;"
"Appropriation Ordinance, No. 4, 1865;"
"Licensing Ordinance, 1865;"
have been laid before His Excellency the Governor, and that His Excellency has assented to the same.
Given under my hand, this twentieth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

THE following Bills passed by the Provincial Council of the Province of Southland, intituled:

"Appropriation Ordinance, No. 4, 1865;"
"Licensing Ordinance, 1865;"
which Bills were reserved for the signification of the Governor’s pleasure thereon, having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.
