PROCLAMATION.
By William Hugh Nurse, Esquire,
Deputy Superintendent of the
Province of Southland.
WHEREAS by a proclamation issued under the hand of J. A. R. Menzies, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Southland, and dated the 9th day of July, 1863, the boundaries of the Aparima School District were set forth and declared; and whereas it is expedient to abolish the same, and appoint other boundaries for the said School District: Now, therefore, I, the said Deputy Superintendent, in pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf, and in conformity with the provisions of Section 6, of the “Education Ordinance, No. 2, 1862,” do hereby abolish the boundaries of the said Aparima School District, as the same were defined in the schedule to the Proclamation aforesaid, and do declare that the boundaries of the said District shall be the boundaries set forth in the Schedule hereinafter written.
Given under my hand this fourth day of August, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

SCHEDULE.
Bounded on the east, by the Aparima River; on the south, by the Aparima River, and the estuary of the same; on the west by the Pura Pura Kina, and west boundary of Block XIII, Jacob’s River Hundred; on the north and north-east, by the north boundary of the said Block XIII, by the west boundary and the north boundary of Block VIII of the said Hundred.
IT is hereby notified that I have appointed,
William Henry Aylmer, Esquire,
to be Registrar of Brands for the Province of Southland, under the provisions of the “Cattle Branding Ordinance, 1862,” the appointment to date from the 1st instant.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Otago and Southland District.
In the matter of Sydney Thomas Bull and Frederick Dale, both of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, and Colony of New Zealand, Merchants, carrying on business in Invercargill aforesaid, as Storekeepers and Merchants, under the style or firm of Bull & Dale, and in the matter of the petition of John Macpherson, of Invercargill aforesaid, Merchant, sole partner of the firm of Macpherson & Company, creditor of the said Sydney Thomas Bull, and the said firm of Bull & Dale, to the extent of not less than fifty pounds, and in the matter of “The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”
The third day of July, in the year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
UPON reading the abovementioned petition, and the minutes of meeting of creditors filed herein, and the two affidavits of the above-named John Macpherson, severally sworn and filed herein, and upon hearing Mr Kenyon of counsel, for the said John Macpherson,
It is ordered that Robert Chapman, Esq., Registrar at Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, of this honorable Court, do, in the name and on behalf of Sydney Thomas Bull and Frederick Dale abovenamed, cease and deliver, convey and assign to the abovenamed John Macpherson and Robert Buchanan of Invercargill aforesaid, merchants, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns respectively,
