aforesaid, Merchants, and
in the matter of the
“Debtors and Creditors
Act, 1862.”
Take Notice that we have presented
and filed our Petition for the sequestra-
tion of the Estate of Alfred Boxall, of
Invercargill, in the Province of South-
land, Storekeeper, for the benefit of all
the Creditors of the said Alfred Boxall,
according to the provisions of the
“Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862,” and
that the said Petition was accepted by
His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman, who
has appointed the twelfth day of
December, one thousand eight hundred
and sixty-four, at ten o’clock in the fore-
noon, at the Supreme Court House,
Dunedin, for the hearing of the said
Petition, at which time and place all
parties concerned are to attend.
Dated this twenty-eighth day of No-
vember, one thousand eight hundred and
sixty-four.

I HEREBY certify that Daniel James
Young, of Invercargill, in the Pro-
vince of Southland, has this day, in
the terms of an Ordinance passed by the
Legislative Council of New Munster,
Session I, No. 2, of 1849, and intituled
an “Ordinance to define the qualifica-
tions, and provide for the remuneration
in certain cases of Medical Practitioners,”
submitted for my examination his dupli-
cate Diploma, admitting him a member
of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edin-
burgh, and also a Certificate of the
Company of Apothecaries, London, ad-
mitting him to practise as an Apothe-
cary.
Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s
Court, Invercargill, this 10th day of
June, 1863.
