NOTICE.

Footpath, Spey-street, Invercargill.

In pursuance of the power in me vested,
I hereby give notice that from and
after the date of the publication hereof,
the footpath hereinafter described, shall
be, and be deemed, and taken to be
a public footpath, within the meaning of
the "Footpaths' Ordinance, No. 12, sec-
tion 8 of the Legislative Council of New
Zealand:

A footpath on the south side of Spey-
street, in that portion of the said street
which extends from its intersection with
Dee-street, to its intersection with Doon-
street;

And which footpath has been well and
sufficiently made and completed for the
use and accommodation of foot-passengers.

Given under my hand this
eleventh day of May, One
thousand eight hundred and
sixty-four.

It is hereby notified that the portions
of ground below mentioned shall be
Quarantine Grounds for sheep, on and
after the above date.

QUARANTINE GROUNDS.

Titipua Quarantine Ground,
Bounded on the west by a line drawn
north in continuation of the east boun-
dary of Campbelltown Hundred, to cut
the Titipua Stream; north by the Titi-
pua Stream to a point at a distance of
two miles from thence; on the east by
a right line running from the said point,
due south; south by a line drawn
east and west, so as to include 2000
acres.

Winton Quarantine Ground,
Extending from the north boundary of
Block I., to south boundary of Block IV.,
west of Winton Wood, and east of Oreti
River.
