I certify that I have examined the within accounts; that I find them correctly stated and properly vouched and classified; that the Revenue for the Quarter ended 31st March, 1863, was Thirty-three thousand three hundred and seventy-three pounds four shillings and eightpence; that the Expenditure for the same period was Thirty-one thousand nine hundred and seventeen pounds six shillings and tenpence, leaving a balance of Two thousand two hundred and eighty-two pounds seven shillings and tenpence.
