I certify that I have examined the within accounts, and find that they are correctly stated; that the Revenue for the Quarter ended 31st December 1862, was Thirty-one thousand four hundred pounds, eighteen shillings, and fourpence; the Expenditure for the same period, was Twenty-three thousand and sixteen pounds, and sevenpence; and that there remained in the hands of the Provincial Treasurer the sum of Eight thousand three hundred and eighty-four pounds, seven shillings, and ninepence.
