I certify that I have examined the accounts of the Provincial Treasurer for the Quarter ending 30th September 1862, and find them correctly stated and properly vouched; that the Expenditure was Fourteen thousand eight hundred and ninety-two pounds, five shillings, and three pence; the Revenue, Thirty thousand four hundred and seventy-three pounds, thirteen shillings, and eight pence; and that the balance remaining amounted to Fifteen thousand five hundred and eighty-one pounds, eight shillings and five pence.
