IT is hereby notified that the Speaker of the Provincial Council of the Province of Southland has reported that, in pursuance of the “Provincial Audit Act, 1861,” he has duly appointed
Henry M’Culloch
to be Auditor of Public Accounts of the Province of Southland, and
Alexander Ferguson Morris
to be Deputy Auditor of Public Accounts of that Province; those gentlemen having been nominated by the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Southland to those respective offices.
