IT is hereby notified that I have appointed
Mr William M’HARDY,
Mokomoko,
to be Inspector of Diseased Cattle
under the “Diseased Cattle Act, 1861.”

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that that tract of country, specified as below, formerly reserved for sale under the “Land Sales and Leases Ordinance, 1856,” is open for application, under the “Land Regulations, 1856,” under the name of “Mabel District;” the sections, when surveyed, to contain from 50 to 80 acres each.

Boundaries.

On the west, the Invercargill Hundred and Makerewa River; on the south, the Oteramika Hundred; on the east, blocks 39, 37, 34, and 29; on the north, the Lindhurst or Titipua.
