STOLEN or Strayed from Waikouaiti a dark bay Horse, branded E P off neck.
If stolen, £5 will be paid on conviction of the thief, and if strayed £1 will be given to any person bringing the animal to the undersigned.

STOLEN or strayed from Kilmog Hotel, on the Northern road, about four months ago, one bay Pony, roaned face, branded J near shoulder. Whoever returns the same to Peter McGregor, Cedar Creek, Blueskin, will get the above reward. If found in any person’s possession after this notice legal proceedings will immediately be taken against the party.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, Thomas Slater Pratt, and Alfred Hogarth Gill, as newspaper proprietors, under the style of “Pratt and Gill,” has been this day Dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to, or owing by, the said firm will be received and paid by the said Alfred Hogarth Gill.

MR. ROBERT SHORT, Land Office, Dunedin, has been appointed to supply information as to settlement on the land, whether by immediate purchase, deferred payments, or under agricultural leases. Mr. Short will show maps of the land and assist purchasers or selectors in making the necessary applications.

- A dark bay Horse, no visible brand, ringbone before.
Trespassing on Sections 1 to 10, Township of Lawrence, for which they claim 4s. each, and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, at Lawrence; on the 3rd day of November, 1876, at 12 o’clock noon.
