NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be held at the Supreme Court-house at Dunedin, on Monday, the second day of October next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.
