NOTICE is hereby given that the undermen- tioned sections ro. 11, and 17, B. I, Glenkenich Survey District, will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, 16th day of August, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 6d per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s per acre per annum for ten years.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licenses and declared unoccupied sections 59, block VII, Waipahi; 4, block XI, Chatton; 14, block XI, Waipahi; 15, block IX, Waikaka; 16, block IX, Waikaka; 6, block X, Waikaka districts, the conditions required in terms of sections 52B and 56 of the Otago Waste Land Act, 1872, not being fulfilled, and have ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application.
