Are hereby informed that unless payment be made, or arrangements entered into for the payment by instalments of Promissory Notes given by them on account of Passage Money and Outfit, at the Immigration Office, Dunedin, legal proceedings will be taken for the recovery of the same.

Owner unknown, for trespassing on Town Belt, and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the public Pound at South Dunedin on Friday, the 25th day of August, 1876, at twelve o’clock noon.
