Tenth Schedule.

District of Mount Ida.

July 9, 1876.

To the District Land Officer at Naseby,—
I hereby give notice that I intend to construct a Dam for irrigation and domestic purposes at a point in the left hand branch of Home Gully, immediately above Mr. Alexander Craig’s residence area.

The mean depth and breadth of such Dam is six feet by fifty-feet, and it is capable of containing 60,000 gallons of water or thereabouts.

Any person objecting to the issue of a license to the above-named applicant must lodge his objection in writing at my office within fourteen clear days from the date hereof; and the day fixed for hearing and deciding the application, if unopposed, and notifying objections, if any, is August 10th, at 2 p.m.
