NOTICE is hereby given that Sections 2 and 5, Block V., Kuriwao District, will be open for application at £1 per acre (and subject to such increase, if any, as may be decided upon by Parliament now assembled, not exceeding 40s. per acre) on Tuesday, 1st August, 1876, at the Land Office, Dunedin.

ROXBURGH TOWNSHIP.

WEDNESDAY, 2ND AUGUST, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that Section 2, Block XIX, Roxburgh Township, containing 3 roods 3 poles, will be offered for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 2nd August next at noon, at the upset price of £15.

The purchaser of this Section will be required to pay £90, valuation of improvements thereon, in addition to the price of the land.
