NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the license, and declared unoccupied Sections 8 and 10, that such Sections should be again advertised; Block II., Chatton District in terms of the 52nd and 56 Sections of the 'Waste Lands Act, 1872,' and further ordered as open for application.

WEDNESDAY, 2nd AUGUST, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned Sections will be open for application on deferred payment on Wednesday, the 2nd day of August, 1876. Application must be made by applicant, in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Offices, Dunedin and Invercargill.

BEAUMONT AND WAITAHUNA WEST DISTRICTS.

MONDAY, 7th AUGUST, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that section 5, block III., Beaumont District, containing 9 acres, 2 roods, will be offered for sale by Mr. R. B. Martin, by public auction at the Survey Office, Lawrence, on Monday, 7th August next, at 2 o’clock p.m., at the upset price of £1 1s. per acre, with £6 valuation added. Also sections 1, 2, 112, and 113, block I., Waitahuna West District, at the upset price of 30s. per acre.

Also, the following—Section 26, block IV., Waitahuna East District, containing 100 acres 1 rood and 32 poles, at the upset price of 40s. per acre.
