NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal business will be held at the Supreme Court house, at Dunedin, on Monday, the third day of July next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned as Millers and Produce Merchants, carrying on business in Dunedin and Oamaru under the style or firm of Anderson and Mowat, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business will be carried on as heretofore by James Anderson, under the style or firm of Anderson and Co.
Andrew Mowat will pay all liabilities due by, and receive all debts due to, the late firm in Oamaru. James Anderson paying all liabilities due by, and receive all debts due to the late firm in Dunedin.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership existing between the Undersigned A. D. Henderson, trading under the style or firm of Henderson and Co., Merchants and General Commission Agents, Dunedin, has this day been Dissolved, and the whole of the business will in future be carried on by the said A. D. Henderson. All debts due to and by the late partnership will since the commencement of the said business will be liquidated and received by said A. D. Henderson.

Impounding Notices
4th June, Friday, Noon, 27th ult.
A Cow and a Horse will be sold at South Dunedin Pound.
IMPOUNDED in the Oamaru Pound, on the 20th May, by John Ritchie:
- One dark brown cow, white face, no brand discernible.
- One bay draught mare, white blaze down face.
- One black draught mare, small star in forehead.
Also, on the 20th June, by Alexander McIntyre: - One white cow, no brand.
- One strawberry heifer, branded like J on off rump.
- One red cow, M near rump.
- One white cow, no visible brand.
- One red steer, white belly, no visible brand.
Owners unknown, for which all expenses are claimed. The above cattle will be released on the payment of damages and driving expenses, and in default of being so released will be sold at the Oamaru Pound on Friday, the 30th June, 1876, at noon.

- One white heifer, with no visible brand.
For which the sum of 3s. 6d. is claimed for driving expenses. Also impounded, June 7th, 1876: - One white steer, branded like D off rump.
For which one shilling is claimed for cattle expenses and in default of the above named cattle being released, they will be sold on Friday, the 30th of June, 1876, at 12 o’clock noon at the Leaning Rock Gully Pound.

For trespassing within bounds of Invercargill, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold on the 30th day of June, 1876, at twelve o’clock noon at the Public Pound at Invercargill.
