Notice is hereby given that the Lease of Section 53 in Block III, Otago Peninsula District, 36 acres more or less, held by James Dalziel of the Waste Lands Board, will be put up for public auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Thursday, 27th July, 1876, at two o'clock.

LAND HELD UNDER DEFERRED PAYMENT:
LICENCE ANNULLED.
Notice is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licence, and declared unoccupied, Sections 8 and 10, that such Sections are again open for application, and that the licence issued to William Chapman on Section 16, Block II, Chatton District, about 3 miles from Gore.
Wednesday, 2nd August, 1876.
Notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned Sections will be open for application on deferred payment on Wednesday, the 2nd day of August, 1876. Application must be made by applicant in person at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 5s. per acre paid at the time of making the application. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for 15 years.
Plans to be seen and lithographs obtained at the Land Office, Dunedin and Lawrence.
