Tuesday, the 30th day of May, 1876, at the Court House, Roxburgh, is the day and place appointed for deciding such application if unopposed, and notifying objections (if any) which may have been lodged.

It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill on or before Wednesday, the 24th day of May, 1876, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

ALTERATION IN LAND SALES, &c.

The following allotments in the undermentioned Townships will be offered for sale by public auction by Mr. R. B. Martin, on the dates and at the places hereafter mentioned. Front quarter-acre sections be sold at the upset price of £8 each, and back sections £5 each. Sections over the quarter acre will be sold at rates to be stated by Auctioneer.
