NOTICE is hereby given that the lease for ten years of the Bush Reserve, being Section 41, Block I, Maungatua District, under the 85th clause of “The Waste Lands Act, 1872,” containing 162a. 2r., will be offered for sale by public auction at Capstick, Duthie and Co.’s Auction Rooms, Milton, Tokomairiro, on Wednesday, the 3rd of May next, immediately after the sale of the Townships, at the upset price or rent of one shilling per acre per annum.
