LAND ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the following Application for a Licence to occupy Land on deferred payments has been received at this Office:—
George Harvey, for Section 64, of Block III., Glenkenick District;
Monday, the 24th day of January, 1876, at 2 o’clock p.m., at the Land Office, at Lawrence, is the time and place appointed for deciding the application, if unopposed, and for notifying any objections that may be lodged.

OTAKIA POUND.
THE Bull Stag advertised to be sold on 21st in this Pound has been claimed by John Lawson, Tokomairiro.

IMPOUNDED on the 11th day of January, 1876, by F. Pogston, Barewood Station,
1 brown mare, branded like S.A. off shoulder. Owner unknown, for trespassing on Barewood Station, for which £1 driving expenses is claimed, and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound, on Friday, the 4th day of February, 1876, at twelve o’clock noon.

NOTICE to Applicants for Unsurveyed Land,
under “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872.”
It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the Sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these Sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill, on or before Wednesday, the 2nd day of February, 1876, otherwise the application will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.
