NOTICE is hereby Given, that section 16A, block II, Waihola District, containing 2a. 2r., will be offered for sale by public auction, at Capstick, Duthie and Co’s Auction Rooms, Milton (after sale of Immigrants’ Cottages, with allotments)—on Tuesday, 8th February next, at noon, at the upset price of £2 2s. per acre.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS.
MONDAY, 7TH FEBRUARY, 1876.
2,500 ACRES OF LAND for sale on deferred payments, in the Spottis Hundred.
Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Monday, the 7th day of February, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.
Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Office at Dunedin, and at Clyde.
Sections numbered respectively 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17, Block I, Tiger Hill District; section 23, Block II, Tiger Hill District; and sections 2, 7, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 28, 29, 32, 33, 36, 38, Block III., Lauder District, on the map of the said Districts.
