NOTICE to applicants for unsurveyed land, under "Otago Waste Land Act, 1872."—It is hereby notified to the Applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these Sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin and Invercargill on or before Wednesday, the twenty-ninth day of December, 1875, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE
To the Owners of Sections 1, 63, 79, Block VII, Tuturau District, and Section 10, Block V.

TAKE NOTICE, that I desire that the boundary fence between the above mentioned sections and sections 52, 97, in the same blocks and district, be erected immediately, said fence to consist of 6 posts to the chain, 3 wires and sod bank 2 1/2 feet high, double ditch.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business will be holden at the Supreme Court House, at Dunedin, on Monday, the 3rd day of January next, at the hour of Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

OTAGO RAILWAYS.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works, Dunedin, until noon of Friday, the 17th instant, for the taking asunder, Packing and Shipping of Rolling Stock at Bluff Harbour.
Specification may be seen at the General Manager's Office, Dunedin, and the Traffic Manager's Office, Railway Station, Invercargill.
The Government will not be bound to accept any tender.
