TENDERS will be received at the Immigration
Offices, Dunedin, Oamaru, Palmerston, Milton,
Invercargill, and Riverton, until noon of Monday the
20th December, 1875, for the following services and
supplies, viz.—Rations, Extras, Drugs, Fuel, Cleaning
Chimneys, Cleaning Cesspools, and Funerals, for Caver-
sham, Oamaru, Palmerston, Milton, Invercargill, and
Riverton Depôts for the year, 1876.

Forms of Tender, and all other information can be ob-
tained at any of the offices named. The Government
will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.

TENDERS will be received at the Immigration
Office, Dunedin, until noon of Monday, the
20th December, 1875, for the following supplies for
Immigrants while in Quarantine Depot, Port
Chalmers, for the year 1876, viz.—

Fresh Meat, per lb. Bread, per 4lb. loaf
Potatoes, per cwt. Sugar, per lb.
Tea, per lb. Salt, per lb.
Extras, as per schedule Medical Comforts
Drugs Coals (Newcastle)
Milk, per quart.

Forms of tender and all information can be ob-
tained at the Immigration Office, Dunedin.

The Government will not be bound to accept the
lowest or any tender.

TUESDAY, 21ST DECEMBER, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the following sections
in Kapiti Township will be sold by public auction,
at Messrs. Capstick, Duthie, and Capstick's Auction
Rooms, Tokomairiro, on Tuesday, the 21st December,
1875, at the upset price of £5 per section.

Sections 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, block I;
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, block IV.
And Sections 1 to 23, Block VI, at the upset price of
£5 per acre of 5 acres and under, and £3 for
sections above 5 and up to 10 acres.
