DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

FRIDAY, 28TH JANUARY, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the undermentioned
Sections will be open for application on Deferred
Payments, on Friday, the 28th January, 1876. Applica-
tion must be made by the applicant in person, at any
Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 6d per
acre paid at the time of making the application, being
the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money
is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten
years. Plans to be seen at Dunedin Land Office :—

NOTICE is hereby Given, that an application, under
the 47th, &c., sections of the \"Otago Waste Land
Act, 1872,\" as amended by the Act of 1875, has been re-
ceived from Robert Crossan, for sections 5 and 7, block
IV., Teviot; and that Tuesday, the 14th December next,
is the day appointed for deciding such application, if un-
opposed, and notifying the objections (if any).

LAND FOR SETTLEMENT.

PERSONS desirous of selecting Land, either for im-
mediate purchase or for occupation on deferred
payments, or under the Agricultural Lease Regulations,
will, on application to Mr. Robert Short, at the Land
Office, Dunedin, be supplied with all the information
they may require as to what land is open for sale or
occupation, and the terms upon which it may be acquired.

Mr. Robert Short will show maps of the land, and
assist purchasers or selectors in making the necessary
applications.

preme Court for the despatch of Criminal and
Civil business will be holden at the Supreme Court
House, at Dunedin, on Monday, the 3rd day of January

time and place all persons bound by recognizances to ap-
pear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses,
are required to give their attendance.
